Dr. Turnage

My name is Wes Turnage and I have practiced General Dentistry with an emphasis on Cosmetics and Orthodontics in Cherokee County since 1979. I am originally from Hartsville, SC.

I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Wofford College in 1976 and from the Medical University of South Carolina College of Dental Medicine in 1979. I practiced in Blacksburg for ten years, and have been in our current location since 1989.

I am a Member of the American Dental Association, The South Carolina Dental Association, a past Delegate and a past Alternate Delegate to The South Carolina Dental Association representing the Piedmont District, a Fellow of The Academy of General Dentistry, an active member of “Dentist’s for Oral Conscious Sedation (or DOCS)”, and a Diplomate of The American Orthodontic Society.  I also am a Certified Invisalign Provider. I am married to my wife, Kim, and between us we have 3 daughters and 3 sons.  I enjoy spending my free time working out, listening to music, and chillin’ out at Lake Norman.
